Forest School
Here at Biggin C of E Primary School we are privileged to be located in the Peak District and therefore can take full advantage of our beautiful surroundings and wildlife. At every opportunity we encourage the children to take their learning outside and learn through hands on experiences with nature.
Our Forest School is delivered by a Qualified Forest School Practitioner who supports our children to explore, discover and create positive experiences with the outdoors, and learn respect for our wonderful world. Our Forest School Sessions are held weekly and complement the topics we are looking at in the classroom, making stronger connections in our learning and provoking further questions.
